HERSHEY, Pa., May 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Hershey Company today announced the renewal of its partnership with Team UNITED STATES and will be a partner of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Hershey will support the team UNITED STATES until 2028 when the Games return to American soil, as well as during Paris 2024 and Milan Cortine 2026.

Hershey joins the highly anticipated LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games as the first National Food Partner. The Olympics and Paralympics will return to the United States in 2028 for the first time since the Salt Lake City Winter Games in 2002, with LA28 as the first summer games in the United States since Atlanta 1996. It will be Los Angeles’ hosts the Olympic Games for the third time and hosts the Paralympic Games for the first time.

Renewed agreement builds on partnership and support provided by Hershey to team UNITED STATES athletes who participated in Rio 2016, PyeongChang 2018 and Tokyo 2020. Hershey will also use NBCUniversal’s Olympic and Paralympic media platforms to support partnerships through 2028.
