Felix Stellmaszek is Managing Director and Senior Partner of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). This native of Germany has worked for BCG for almost 20 years and has served clients on all continents while being based in the firm’s offices in London, Mumbai, Atlanta and Miami.
Stellmaszek is currently leading digital and artificial intelligence (AI) efforts for BCG industrial customers around the world. He has an impressive track record in the growth and transformation of large international companies, particularly in the automotive and mobility arena. He is also very active in the practice of the social impact of BCG and in the field of sustainability.
Stellmaszek holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a PhD. from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. In addition, he is a Principal Investigator at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Martina, live with their four children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
“Triathlon plays a vital role in my life, as it does for so many others. So I’m very happy to serve on the USA Triathlon Board of Directors as an independent director because it gives me the opportunity to give back and have a positive impact on a sport I love, ”said Stellmaszek . “I look forward to forging a closer bond with the people in the sport of triathlon who make this community so special – especially in view of the 2028 Games in Los Angeles, which will mark the first time our sport is contested at the Olympics. . and the Paralympic Games on American soil.
Brandon, who is currently Treasurer of the USA Triathlon Board of Directors, is COO, Partner and Director of Nile Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm specializing in investments in the asset management. As an investor, advisor and financier of growing companies, Brandon has nearly 30 years of private equity experience and a solid track record of partnering with executives and entrepreneurs to create businesses of lasting value.
Prior to Nile Capital Group, Brandon served as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo from 2011 to 2015; Managing Director of Vintage Fund Management from 2005 to 2010; President, CFO and COO of Leeward Islands Lottery Holding Company from 2002 to 2004; Principal at William E. Simon & Sons from 1995 to 2002; and assistant vice president of Citi from 1989 to 1995.
Brandon sits or has served on several not-for-profit boards, including the Advocates Foundation and the APGA Tour, where he is founding vice-president as well as a founding member of the board; Haas Center National Advisory Council for the Public Service; The Execution Fund; The Riordan programs; Healthy body Healthy mind; Friends of the Expo Center; World Golf Foundation Diversity Working Group; Arthur Ashe safe passage; and the Inglewood Baseball Fund. He is co-chair of the Stanford National Black Alumni Club, is a Stanford admissions volunteer, and a former member of the Stanford Athletic Board.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford, where he was a member of two NCAA Championship tennis teams, and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School. Brandon and his wife, Monique, live in Los Angeles and have two grown children.

As Executive Director of the Dallas Sports Commission, Paul plays a critical role in implementing bidding strategies and marketing programs that enhance Dallas’ acquisition of sports competitions and events, including the solicitation of sports, events and Olympic, professional, collegiate and amateur meetings. She was honored by Connect Sports in 2015 as one of the Top IX Women in the Sports Tourism Industry and by Connect Magazine as one of the “40 Under 40: Class of 2013” as a leader and innovator in the industry. .
Prior to joining the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2008, Paul was Associate Director of Events at USA Volleyball from 2007-2008; the competition director for the 2007 Senior National Games; the director of international and national events for USA Taekwondo from 2004 to 2006; and Director of Events, Marketing and Sponsorship for the Austin Junior Volleyball Association from 2001 to 2003.
A huge fan of volleyball, Paul joined USA Volleyball in 1997 as the technical coordinator of the United States Women’s National Team and was part of the United States delegation for the 2000 and 2004 Olympics. She remains actively involved in the sport. , representing the United States as technical delegate to the NORCECA federation commission.
Paul received a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. She has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the National Senior Games, the Board of Directors of Heart of Dallas, and the Board of Directors of the North Texas LGBT Chamber of Commerce. She currently sits on the SMU Athletic Forum Board of Directors, Jason Witten’s SCORE Foundation Board of Directors, Women in Sports & Events (WISE) DFW Chapter Advisory Board, Management Industry Advisory Board from the sports entertainment of the University of North Texas, to the council on Sports Connect board of directors and the advisory board of Dallas Innovators in Sports & Events (DISE). In the Fall 2019 semester, Paul will teach contemporary issues in sports management at Southern Methodist University.
